Kokanee Storm Tackle will make every effort to ensure swift shipment of your order. Shipping costs are determined at checkout and vary depending on the shipping location and method. We use USPS in most cases and also FED EX when requested. When we receive an order it usually takes less than 24hours to process and ship your order. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order, then a second e-mail when the order is completed. (shipped)

If you are not completely satisfied with your product you may return it to Kokanee Storm Tackle within 15 days of purchase. Please notify Kokanee Storm Tackle by e-mail for authorization before returning products. A return shipping address will be provided with e-mail authorization.
